Our best selling high quality traditional tie on waist beads can be used for style, weight loss or heritage. These are medium size glass beads cotton thread tie that measure up to 48" and approximately 10" of string on each side.

Tie on Instructions:
1: Position strand around waist, where you would like beads to lay.
2: Cross the ends while allowing the extra beads to drop to the ends.
3: Tie 2-3 knots
